What we collect

HirayaAI has no user accounts, so we only hold what's needed to do the job:

• Your file — the document you upload, used only to generate your audio.
• Your email — captured at checkout by Lemon Squeezy, used for your receipt and to identify your order.
• Consent record — when you tick the rights-confirmation box we store that, the time, and your IP address, as the accountability record for the upload.
• Basic job details — filename, chosen voice, word count, and conversion status, so the service works and we can support you.

No analytics trackers, no ad pixels, no selling of data. Payment card details never touch our servers — checkout is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.

How long we keep it

• Unpaid uploaded files: deleted after about 30 minutes.
• Unpaid job records: deleted after 24 hours.
• Paid audio files: deleted after 7 days (download window).
• Paid order records (email, consent record, job details): kept for bookkeeping and accountability.

Who we share with

Two processors, only to deliver the service: Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record) and our text-to-speech provider, which receives the text of your file to synthesize the audio and does not retain it as training data. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Want your order record or paid file deleted sooner? Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we'll remove it.
