What we collect

HirayaAI does not require user accounts. We collect only the information needed to convert your file, deliver the audiobook, support the order and meet legal obligations.

• Uploaded file: the EPUB, PDF or TXT file you provide for audiobook conversion.
• Email address: used for order identification, customer support and delivery of the download link.
• Rights confirmation: the consent record created when you confirm that you have the required rights to the file.
• Basic conversion details: filename, selected voice, word count, price tier, status, timestamps and technical processing details.
• Limited technical data: IP address and operational logs used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and accountability.

HirayaAI does not sell personal data, use advertising pixels or require behavioral analytics to use the conversion service. Payment card details are handled by secure checkout infrastructure and do not pass through HirayaAI servers.

How long we keep it

• Unpaid uploaded files are deleted after about 30 minutes.
• Unpaid job records are deleted after 24 hours.
• Completed paid audiobooks are available for 7 days, then deleted.
• Order records, rights confirmations and basic job details may be retained for bookkeeping, support, abuse prevention and legal accountability.

How files are processed

Your uploaded text is used to extract content, prepare narration, generate the preview and synthesize the final MP3 audiobook. Text may be sent to a text-to-speech provider for audio generation. The provider is used to deliver the conversion and is not authorized by HirayaAI to train models on your uploaded content.

Who we share with

We share information only with service providers needed to operate HirayaAI, including checkout, email delivery, hosting, storage and text-to-speech processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety or to respond to valid copyright complaints.

Your choices

You can request earlier deletion of a paid file or ask about your order record by emailing [email protected] from the address used for the conversion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, refund, security or bookkeeping reasons.
