Our policy

HirayaAI is a conversion tool for content our users own or are licensed to use. Every upload requires the user to affirm they have the rights to the file, and we keep a record of that affirmation. Files are also automatically deleted on a short schedule, so we do not host content long-term.

Report infringement

If you are a rights holder (or their agent) and believe your work was processed through HirayaAI without permission, email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright complaint" and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• Anything that helps us locate the material (e.g. file title, approximate date).
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use was not authorized, and that your report is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

What we do

On receiving a valid complaint we will promptly remove the material in question (if it has not already been auto-deleted), preserve the related consent record, and — for repeat or deliberate infringement — refuse further service to the responsible user.
