Our policy

HirayaAI is intended for lawful audiobook conversion of content that users own, are licensed to use or are otherwise authorized to process. Every upload requires a rights confirmation before preview or conversion begins, and HirayaAI keeps a record of that confirmation for accountability. Uploaded files are retained only for limited processing and download periods, not for long-term public hosting.

Report suspected infringement

If you are a rights holder or an authorized agent and believe material was processed through HirayaAI without permission, email [email protected] with the subject line Copyright complaint and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• Information that helps us locate the material, such as title, approximate date or related order details.
• Your name, organization if applicable, email address and contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use was not authorized by the rights holder, agent or law.
• A statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

How we respond

After receiving a valid complaint, HirayaAI will review the report, remove available material when appropriate, preserve related consent and job records and restrict further service when repeat or deliberate infringement is identified.
