What happens if conversion fails?
If a paid conversion fails, HirayaAI refunds the order in full. This policy
protects customers from paying for an audiobook file that was not successfully delivered.
How long are uploads and audiobooks stored?
Uploaded files are deleted automatically after they are no longer needed for
processing. Completed audiobooks remain available through a download link for 7 days, then they
expire and cannot be recovered.
